Dr. Greene is a native of Bryan, Ohio. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University (BS 1972) and Ohio State University (MD 1975). Post-graduate training: Internship and Residency (General Surgery) University of Michigan (1975-1977), Residency (Orthopaedic Surgery) University of Michigan (1977-1980), Fellowship (Hand Surgery), St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis, IN (1980-1981). Faculty appointments at University of Michigan (1981-9183) and University of South Florida (1983-1989). Since 1994 at current location. 

Board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery.

Member: American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery.
